Hayton Consultancy utilises the service of a team of Associates on an adhoc basis, dependent on the needs of our clients.  For example, if there is a need for psychometric testing then one of our Associates is licensed to provide this specialism.

Richard Lyons is a lawyer by trade, specialising in employment law.  He has spent many years advising companies of all sizes on the full range of employment law issues, and has represented both Claimants and Respondents at employment tribunals
throughout the UK.

 

Simon Jones is the author of the HR guide Happy Working Relationships and is a Fellow of the CIPD with over 25 years private and public sector experience, and works on Liverpool Hope University's CIPD and CMI programmes.  He runs his own HR practice and is an approved consultancy for the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO).
