Kim Hayton is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has experience of line management, human resources and training within both the public and private sectors. Due to Kim's background she provides a more business centric approach to HR issues which has proven successful in the delivery of common sense solutions to her clients.
 
Kim is also a qualified Life Coach. She works with you to release your potential, build self worth and confidence and to achieve your goals with a non-judgmental, encouraging but challenging approach. Kim will help you be the person you want to be.
 
Kerry Mercer works as the Office Manager for Hayton Consultancy.  She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development holding a Certificate in Personnel Practice.   Kerry has worked for the Company for 9 years and has a good knowledge of employment law and a strong administrative background in both the public and private sector.  She is the first point of contact for clients when they require HR and employment law advice.
 
Helen Stott of Marketing Doris is a freelance marketing manager who has worked with Hayton Consultancy for over two years.  She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and has worked for over 15 years in senior marketing positions across a wide range of industries including professional services.
 
Dez Hayton has acted as the Company Secretary for Hayton Consultancy since 2003, and has recently taken on a more hands on role joining the team as Operations Manager with responsiblity for systems and operational systems.  Dez has many years

Sylvia Evans (right) has joined the team as Administrator, she brings with her experience in learning and development and a background in training and talent management.
